Each technology, namely plasma, oxy-fuel and laser, has its own station for vertical cutting and a tilting version for bevels. 5-axis rotators make it possible to prepare edges for welding on plates, pipes and profiles, with angles up to 50° for plasma and up to 65° for oxy-fuel.
For the most demanding production there are multi-torch stations, which cut several strips at the same time, and heads for K, V and Y bevels in a single pass.
With the right accessories, your cutting system becomes a complete machining centre. Drilling and tapping stations, including multi-spindle turret versions, machine holes directly on the part. Marking systems (punch, inkjet or laser) identify each component with text and codes. A CNC milling station also lets you process soft metals, plastic and wood, while rotary positioners clamp and rotate pipes and profiles during cutting.
A range of devices helps reduce errors and idle time. Automatic alignment detects the position and rotation of the plate, and cameras and scanners read templates, profiles and dished heads. Automatic geometry calibration keeps bevels accurate, while the nozzle cleaning and calibration station keeps cut quality consistent.
The equipment is completed by a second touchscreen on the gantry, to control the machine up close.
